Spinning a Filter Capacitor PCB Board for the Express.

Post by Decko »

Hi Gents,

I plan to burn my own express filter cap boards over the Xmas holiday. Thought I might hit up the forum before I reinvent the wheel and design my own positive for spinning a Filter Capacitor PCB board.

I plan to use 20/20/20/47/68 uF and add the resistors....

George61 did a board but used a CNC mill to create the "traces". Then he used snap in caps and soldered those down. I want to do something similar.

Anyone have any art work that you are willing to share? Or does any one have the ability to create the art work keeping in mind the standard work envelope of the express layout. IE keep the integrity of the preamp board and the power board.

I could spin a few in exchange?!?!

If you can provide the board dimensions, mounting hole size and locations, a schematic for the filter board, and data sheets (or part numbers) for your preferred caps and resistors, I will do the pcb layout and provide gerber files so you can have a board house fabricate the boards.
