EDIT: Just realized you wanted FAT switch sorry. Switch a larger cap across the cathode resistor of the first gain stage. Whether that is V1a or V1b depends how you wired the amp.

MID BOOST switch: SPST switch before the treble pot with your cap value choice.

I have used 50pf there.
