sensitive leads

I assume the leads after a CC would be more sensitive than the lead before the CC, correct?

Going to the CC there is HV off the plate. Off the CC there is just the AC signal. So I assume the lead after the CC is more sensitive. Am I thinking correctly here?

Think of which side has the lowest impedance, similarly to which side the outer foil of the cap is connected to, it will answer your question......
