Express power supply board dimensions

Would someone by chance know the actual power supply board correct dimensions for the Express? I have printed out the Kelley '90 Original PS layout PCB drawing and measured it, but somewhere the scaling must be getting screwed up as it measures about 3.75" X 4 5/16", and I suspect that this is not true to specs. Any clues are greatly appreciated as I'm getting ready to slice up some G10,

Don't feel bad, for some reason it wouldn't pop up on straight searches. I only managed to find it because I knew UR12 had posted it.
