My 6G6-B played by Shane Fontayne and Stephen Stills' tech!

Post by LarryLarry »

So my buddy texts me a few days ago and says he's out on tour with Crosby, Stills and Nash (he's asst. tech in charge of the mains) and tells me to check their tour dates and see if they'll be near us. Indeed they were, at the Verizon Amphitheatre in Alpharetta, GA last night (7/14/12). He says 'why don't you bring one of your amps down too, and I'll get it on stage'. Talk about jazzed!!

Long story short, Shane Fontayne played through it; Stephen Stills' guitar tech played through it and I played through it while David Crosby's tech stood there listening to it (between sound check and showtime). Got a lot of very nice compliments!

(BTW, kudos to Dartanian who built the 2x12 cab I brought with it)

EBAY CELEBRITY AMLIFIER NO RESERVE!

Hah! Awesome! A celeb amp, and it's prettier than everything else in the pictures, like a supermodel.

Very cool Larry! :D

I think more of the builders here should get public recognition.

Is your 6G6-B a stock clone or is it modded?
Tom

Don't let that smoke out!

Congrats Larry!
Always nice to get some recognition for all the work done. I saw Shayne play live with Marc Cohn last year. Amazing and unique player. In fact I posted about it here and kinda got crickets
