Yeah, here's a schematic of the one I've been referring to.

Fuse blows, Current flow through limiting resistor and LED to light it up. The current limiting resistor also biases the tube deep into cutoff without completely lifting the cathode, which can theoretically damage the tube.

If you build an amp with this feature for someone they will think you are a genius.
