You have two high voltages available from the secondaries, and 6.3V and 5V filament supplies.

Blacks are the primary
Yellow-Red is the center tap for the high-voltage secondary, the "0"
The two Yellows are 292-0-292
The two Yellow-Greens are 254-0-254
The Brown-White is the CT for the 6.3V filament
The Browns are the 6.3V filament
The Reds are a 5V filament for a tube rectifier
