T-insert for Vox/Matchless front baffle?

Post by Luthierwnc »

Anyone know where to get these nowadays? I used to get them from Mojo but they haven't stocked them for a couple years. We're talking about the T-shaped bar that separates and pins the tolex and grille cloth on the front speaker baffle of these amps. If not the actual product, some everyday hardware store item that will work fits the bill.

Thanks, sh

CE Dist/Antique Electronics has the gold fascia strip. Also North Coast Music.

Thanks. Weird AES only has it in 14" lengths, though. I'll keep the North Coast info, sh

North Coast Music makes spot on recreations of Vox cabs so I would think they would have 'em.
