It's good to sneak back in here once and awhile. I really have been just running amok over the last couple of years. I need to settle down and concentrate on music before I drive my self over the edge......
The boat sale closes tomorrow or thursday. I lost enough money that I could have bought a half way decent '59 Les Paul and come out way ahead.

Anyway, I've got plans for a new two channel pre that I hope to start building soon. When I do, I'll keep y'all posted.

I lost my membership to the "boat club" years ago when my brother "lost" my Boston Whaler center console.
Oh well ......... I learned from those years the proper definition of a boat. A boat is a hole in the water you pour money into.

It's an expensive lesson if you have to learn it first hand. Fortunately I learned it from my father and several friends, and even then I occasionally get the urge. But I have a half-finished wooden canoe in my garage, that I think subconsciously I may never finish, otherwise if I did I would start getting upgrade fever.
Oh and to get back on topic, "What's the difference between a drummer and a large pizza?"
