Software?

Software?

I want to start working up some layouts similar to the Dumble an TW stuff that's here on TAG. What's the best, hopefully reasonable, software? Are the graphics (pots, resistors caps, etc.) a standard thing or an add on?

Thanks

Visio seems to be the preferred software.

I think that a number of the layouts here were done in Visio. It's pretty easy to use and not overly expensive. Having the symbol library would simplify things greatly because you could drag and drop.

Try this thread. There are some symbol templates if you read down.
