isolated input jack.

What do you folks use when you want a shorting-type isolated (not grounded by chassis) 1/4" input jack?

...or alternatively a real Cliff Jack. Don't fall for those cheap POS chinese-made counterfeit Cliff jacks going around. These were (or still are?) being carried by CE and a few other big amp part suppliers. I think they have been given 'the desist' by Cliff.

ya those are good too.

i like those a lot despite the plastic body.

wish i could find a box of these at a surplus sale.

you in the states? hoffman has them.

he sells them individually at like .10 cents.

I got some Neutrik jacks a while back, their take on the Cliffs type. I think one of these.

I think they make them in all black, too (no chrome).

Mouser.com has the fiber washers... part numbers 502-S-1029 and 502-S-1028
