Rectifier Tube Tester Design?

I have two digital testers, one for preamp tubes and one for power tubes, but I'd like to have something that can test tube rectifiers.

Anyone have a not too complex design I could use? Not necessarily digital.

I don't really trust the old vintage testers. The good ones costa lotta. I have an old Jackson from the late '40s but it's too far gone I think.
