Weber sells a decent 600v cap. I have used them in many amps with no troubles.

The 600V ATOMS are just 300V caps in series anyway, so I'd just make an 80uF or 100uF "totem pole" for the first filter. You could use the 600V Weber cap for the screen supply, but depending on the value of your bleeder/voltage balancing resistors and the DC resistance of the choke, the screen node might come down to 500V anyway.
