Dumble Plug-In for Fender Amps

Post by ampdoc1 »

I got to thinking the Mender device I manufactured in the '90s could be easily configured to emulate a Dumble circuit, with the exception of the Dumble Clean tone controls. I thought with the spice program I'd see if I could engineer a way around that with selective equalization.
I'm thinkin' there might be a lot of folks who'd like a cheap Dumble option from their vintage Fenders.
Anyone here good at PSpice? I last used it a couple of years ago and had some trouble. A "sample" guitar amp that I downloaded worked OK, but while I could run a simulation through a preamp of my own configuration, I could never get the signal to pass the PI stage.
