New build

Post by rawnster »

Hey just wanted to let you see a fun little build that I’ve been working on this past month. It’s in the ballpark of a fender AB763 circuit. No tremolo, but does have reverb, along with some other subtle changes. To do it all over again, I'd probably lay it out a little differently. Yet, it's pretty quiet, and sounds especially good with a tele and slammed with pedals. I shoved it all in a Princeton reverb chassis that I had on hand.

Anyway… :-)

Nice. I like what you did with the filter caps. Nice short power supply runs.

Looks very nice Ron!

What you been up to these days? Mike and family were down last week for a visit. Got to do an amp nerd session with Mike's Absinthe. Fun stuff.

Thanks!

Hey Darin. Just been busy with the day job, and trying to get in as much golf as possible. :-) Hey I hear you have a couple of Great Danes. I've got a Blue Great Dane too. She turned 9 months old a few days ago. Up to 100lbs and stands a little over 30inches at her front shoulders. I've got to get some recent pics of her. But here's a few older ones. She's lots bigger than the pics reveal.

I had it bent at metal shop here in my town. A little spendy for sure.

Absolutely adorable Ron! What's her name? You can really see the relation of the Weimaraner in a blue dane. Very cute.

I will have to dig up a recent photo of my girls and post it.

She's certainly a looker. Incredibly deep, rich color. Her eyes make you melt. Too bad she doesn't behave as good as she looks. Definitely a rambunctious toddler.

...oh yeah, her name is Lexie.
