There isn't much on TV worth shit to watch anyway, The part about my wife and I getting our show interupted was completely contrived. I was on the internet at the time, I did hear my wife complain about the show being cut in. So I thought I would use the situation to see what kind of people are out there on this forum.
Created a situation to push buttons! Then reported only things the news reported and completely ran into the ground for the next several days and added a bit of opinion in to elicit a response for good or bad. I got one hit off the bat. And after getting flamed by that person posted:

My understanding was that Bin Laden was buried at sea within a 24hour period in observance of muslim law, but at sea so there would be no recovery by any followers so that he could be further martyred. The 24 hour thing was probably a political gesture of respect to the rest of the (not-crazy) Muslim world, NOT these fundamentalist zealots.

That's exactly what I'm saying. They said it was out of respect for his Muslim-ness, which makes no sense. If what you consider is the case, then so be it, but why do they have to lie about it?

I also think that on the other side of the coin, wouldn't it have been respectful to the 9/11 families that wanted to see the body to get to see it? We know that they have no problem showing us bodies.
