Yeah, you pretty much have to order from Mouser, Digikey, Allied, etc. to get the higher end coated ceramics.
The main difference besides tolerance is the Temperature Coefficient.
Which means how stable the value is at extreme temperatures, high or low.
You'll be luck to see tolerances listed at most places.
The TC is usually listed in code like Y5U
These Panasonics are good ones.

X7R are the "best" low frequency, high value ceramics. I doubt you will notice the difference between any of the Y** and X** types though, so just go with X7R for larger values and C0G/NP0 for low values.
