Can anyone identify this Trafo for me?

Looking to get some info on this trafo.

Its large, grey sides and has these numbers on it:

TR190

516

NYT5595

I've been making amps for years now and twice this week I've seen this name "trafo" what is it?

Surely pt, ot, tx, opt, tranny make more sense?

Looks like a Triad power transformer.

You guys need to give up on the tranny jokes..
