Wreckers, my Two Rock transformer set has Pacific labels on them, with model numbers. I did call Pacific, and ask them if those numbers were released for public purchase... after they did their checks, I was told they were, with a 2 week lead time, and single units OK. You can call Pacific; I spoke with Amy. I don't recall the quoted price, but it was very reasonable (i.e. something like $80 for one and $90 for the other). My disclaimer: these are the numbers on my labels - I obviously can't guarantee that they are the right labels for the iron, but even the lead colors match.

Re: Surprise
You really no how to burst the bubble of someone who just spent $500 primarily to get the TR "reverese engineered" iron.
BTW, its great news to know where to get it in the future though, thanks!!

Re: Surprise
hello there, is this the pacific trans. company phone number you used---1800-325-0501 (www.pactran.com)? thanks. rh
Re: Surprise
Well... I got the"kit" also. When you think about it, it's still a good deal: Roughly $200 for the transformers, plus $300 for a predrilled/labelled aluminum chassis and finished head cabinet. I don't think you could do better, unless you made everything yourself. You really no how to burst the bubble of someone who just spent $500 primarily to get the TR "reverese engineered" iron.
