I have no doubt there would be repeatable sonic differences between the various components given that you were (1) testing in an audiophile amp with a double blind test, and (2) were testing in sensitive circuits (ie front end and not PI).
There might be sonic differences if tested in the front end gain stages of a guitar amp as well but I suspect it would be much more difficult to discern the differences considering the source driving the amp. (Are you going to use a recording to drive the input so you have the same stimulis each time?)
Since the anode resistor is much larger than the cathode resistor I would expect it to contribute more to noise, as well as one in a grid resistor position.
As for caps, I won't speculate on those without more experience with tone stacks.

dynaman, I don't recall any results posted at least not on caps. Did I miss something? I did get my .022 Vitamin Qs back though.
