I got a LarMar kit for $20 from Metro. It's all very easy - just check out my pic above and reference the layout (Pliny posted a copy in that other post). That's all there is to it.

I've heard of some success stories with the Larmar MV on an Express. I have one on my JTM45 and I really like it. Simple install & cheap from Metro. I have one in the shop, but I cant bring myself to put in my Express. Yet........ :D
