Post by Andy Le Blanc »

New mouser today , had what looks like some descent and affordable pots.
Any try out ETI systems product? Those Honeywell 53 series look ok too.

Those look nice Andy. They look exactly like a PEC. I actually prefer PEC pots to the Honeywell 53C (Clarostat) pots but both are very high quality and I've used both with great results.

There you go, nice to heard positive feedback. The price is right.

The Mouser price on those ETIs seems a bit high for RV4 at $11-12 each. Digikey sells PECs for around $8-10 each. Nice to see that ETI lists a 2k pot though; that would be useful for Presence in Dumble style builds.

Strange that the PEC linear pots are around $8 but the Log pots are $11 +
Tom

Don't let that smoke out!
