Fender frontman 15 b
Question / ? Have a Fender Frontman 15 b Transformer good, diodes appear to be OK, can't find any open resistors. New to Guitar amps and wondered if there is a known common part that typically fails in this particular amp?

That's the little solid state practice amp?
When they crap out fender won't even take them back from their dealer's,
If it's still on warranty and you have a proof of purchase you should be able
to get a replacement from a fender dealer.
if it's all yours, I think I remember there's a pretty common amp module on
a bent piece of aluminum the acts like a heat sink, there's usually no heat
grease and the thing cooks, but its a fender only thing and you'll pay dealer prices, if you can find a place to order one at all.
Bone yard the box and save the carcass for a later project.
