Not really. I like fairly long cables for the capacitance and the high end cut and most of mine are in that range or higher.
What about the flatness of frequency response with a relatively high capacitance cable links a d'lator; does a mid-range bump occur and grow as the cable capacitance increases, as I believe occurs when the cable is attached straight to a (high impedance) pickup?
I don't really hear the mid hump as much as the high end loss, but I imagine that's possible.

I actually run wireless at gigs  and to get the cable loss I run about 30' of cable. Yea the wireless has some loss but I hate cable dancing especally with the need for 3 wires, guitar, headset mike and in-ear monitors. I'd rather have the 3 body packs.
