Politician** Revelation Clips added**

Post by Funkalicousgroove »

So I had my little recording setup going yesterday to send a customer some clips of his new amp, and I couldn't resist!

Aside from the playing i think I got relatively close.

Guitar is an 85 ish Esprit- Bone Stock, Amp is a High Plate Classic, Loop-a-lator in the loop (no effects) cab is my 2x12 open with new G12-65's on the poli clip, and an 8 ball 4x12 with g12H-30's on the revelation clip.

Please do not post these clips on any other forums as I am not interested in the muck associated-

Enjoy!!

Man that great sounds - extremely close to RF (don't tell TAG ;-))

By classic do you mean High Plate Skyliner or high plate classic as in

250ka treble pot,
100k slope,
50n mid cap,
100kA mid pot,
500KA bass pot +10k to ground and
100n bass cap.

Going out on a limb, I think he means the Music Man PT arrangement. 725V B+, 365V screens. Yes/No?

I believe it a regular Fender style PT amp. High plate, classic stack. As the man described. Not a Music Man.

It is a Classic, not a skyline. Regular Iron 440 on the plates.

Sounds pretty good, nothing to be ashamed of in the playing or the tone.

k...so you mean high plate resistor values, like 220K and 150K. What do you call the one with the music man iron?

Sounds great Brandon! :D

Not a bad job of playing for a amp builder. :P

Your amps simply ROCK!

Nice mix on it too.

Is that an available backing track?
