You might try a local upholstery shop. IMHO, there is nothing very special about covering a cabinet with material, hiding the corners, etc., particularly for someone who has any reasonable amount of experience, a decent shop, and proper tools. Stretching the grill cloth is relatively easy.

There are a number web page postings that show how it's done. You can always print one of them to show to the "upholstery man" so he can catch the nuances of doing a guitar cabinet. I think you'll come out at least even and probably ahead. You'll also have a "go to" guy for the next time.
