Blues Master

I have been trying to find a schematic for a Blues Master. My attempts with the search function have resulted in some inspiring reading, but often seem somewhat cryptic or seemed to have key info withheld.

I have seen a few descriptions, but was wondering if there was a definitive diagram.

From what I seem to recall, the tone stack is more of a "Fender style". Does this simply mean that the mid and bass do not run in parallel? Is it the same as say a blackface Twin Reverb?

And, I believe the PI is also different. Is this also a more "Fender style" design?

Does the Blues Master work well for either HRM or non-HRM's? Or is it better suited for one than the other?

I don't have any information about the tonestack, but I can tell you about the phase inverter.

- The 820 becomes 510
- The 24k becomes 9k1
- The 4k7 becomes 100k
- The 390 becomes 4k7
- The 1uf cap becomes .1uf
- One lead of a 47pf ceramic cap connects to each plate resistor > coupling cap connection.
- The 2k presence pot becomes 25k

FWIW, I ended up with an 875 ohm resistor for the cathode of the PI. It fattened things up a little and really made it almost perfect for what I like to hear. I've been tweaking one of these for about 6 weeks now and I think I'm done. Also, don't be afraid to tweak the dropping resistors in the PS, it can make a huge difference in touch and feel of the amp.
