NEED HELP WITH A UNIVOX 1221

I believe that amp uses a cathodyne phase inverter driven by the pentode of the 6an8. I'm no expert, I would classify myself as an experimenter, but that arrangement has worked well for me in the past, in a couple different amps. That is why I suggested it. I'd try that approach first.
