Sometimes they answer the phone, sometimes they don't. Redirected calls, no return calls, blah, blah. Have to call a certain someone to even find out if they have something in stock. WTF?

My last order took a week to get from Chicago to Detroit.....via Priority mail!?!

They really busy or just having issues?

USPS has soaked me numerous times before on "Priority" Mail. Pay for 2-3 day, gets there in 4-6.

Oh by the way I got charged $19.32 by another company for 2-3 day express shipping I paid for and after I complained and they tracked the shipment they refunded me the full shipping.

Yeah, it's pretty hard to beat their prices for American made stuff. I sure wish they would offer a lower voltage version of the Marshall 50W PT, ala the old 2204. Disappointingly, their Marshall PT units are made to the same low-current specs that Marshall uses. I used to have quite a few burned out originals sitting on a shelf that I would rob for hardware and endbells. There was a time when folks would call about getting their Marshalls repaired and I would simply order a new transformer before I even took possession of the amp. Not once, was I stuck holding a new PT....

I used to do quite a bit of business with Triode when Ned owned the place. He helped me with a Marshall Major, fixed the tube arcing problem.

After being shafted a few times and finding out Ned sold it off , I no longer send my money or business to them. Too bad, Ned built a great business with a lot of valuable info and cool stuff. It is not the same company now. The last two OT's I bought from them were bad right out of the box and they would not accept them back. That is the last business I will ever do with them.
