Most places I visited say Marshall tolex or levant, but it is black.

Thanks, Ron. Yes, and knowledgeable as well. I placed an order. I'll post an image when it arrives.
I forgot to ask if he shields the bottom, or that I would be the one installing. The only thing that he mentioned that he does not attempt, are the 4 mounting holes for the chassis that would be used.
