The concern is that you probably just followed the instructions! That's the way they show to do it.

It sure is. :(

I remember thinking about it as an issue during the build. Not sure how I ended up screwing it up anyway. Pain meds????

Thank you again for the catch. And now, when I go fix it, I can etch into my brain what it should look like every time. Fool me once....

It may be that the fuse carrier acts to shroud the fuse such that the potential shock issue is mitigated.
