Schematics help for a noob

Hey guys, i can't wrap my head around what is this thing in red on the paper. If anyone could explain It would make my head hurt Thank.

Just layout, on a schematic the function should be clearer. Encircled is a multi-cap, used for B+ filtering in that Princeton.

Please note that while where on the subject of caps that the cap circled in Green needs to have its voltage rating increased as it's very likely to be running / getting hit by more then the 25 volts it's rated at.

Also in terms of cheaper cost and improved 120 HZ idle hum level it's better to just leave that 3 section filter can I place and mount / wire in 3 separate filter caps!
