Schematics help for a noob

Hey guys, i can't wrap my head around what is this thing in red on the paper. If anyone could explain It would make my head hurt :) Thank.

Just layout, on a schematic the function should be clearer. Encircled is a multi-cap, used for B+ filtering in that Princeton.

Multi-section electrolytic capacitor. That’s a layout, not a schematic.

Please note that while where on the subject of caps that the cap circled in Green needs to have its voltage rating increased as it's very likely to be running / getting hit by more then the 25 volts it's rated at.

Also in terms of cheaper cost and improved 120 HZ idle hum level it's better to just leave that 3 section filter can I place and mount / wire in 3 separate filter caps!
