There should be no wire from the pot to the tube socket. Post some good pics of this. Need to see the pot, board, and tube socket in one hi-rez pic if you can. Otherwise, multiple pics.

I removed the tonestack and the 3.3M (dry path) from the circuit, so now I only have the reverb and the PI connected, therefore the reveeb return is going straight from the pot to the socket, and the PI is a Dumble style and not princeton.

The amp is a complete mess now to be honest with all the mad trials, so I will shy away from the guts..i have to properly put it all in one place...

Let us know when you have it all put back together as it should be. Otherwise we're just wasting time. And post a schematic of what you have since it's not really a Princeton Reverb.

Here is my amp now. Not sure what is the value added in adding the tonestack back on or the dry path as the issue is really on the reverb circuit regardless of the rest....
