So I got an off-standby-on switch and am unsure how to wire it up with this amp. Can anybody help? Thanks!

On/off, and standby are two different parts of the circuit. Show the spec on the switch, please. How does it work?

First, I prefer not to use a standby switch at all, but you're welcome to if you choose. The Fender HRD comes with a standard DPST switch for power--both hot and neutral wires from the wall are switched. See photo:
You can also see I left Fender's Standby switch in place in this photo (two red wires go from the switch to the Standby Sw terminals on the PCB).
If you want to use your new switch, you'll have to connect the neutral (white) wire from the wall directly to the other PT primary. The hot wire (black) from the wall should go to the fuse first, then from the fuse to the AC half of your switch, then from the switch to the PT primary.
The second half of your switch will take the two wires from the Standby Sw terminals.

Perfect. Thank you both for the explanation.
I was under the impression that the "standby/warmup" of a tube amp was paramount for the tube's shelf life and overall stress on the amp. It seems like that might not be such a big deal?

We've had many discussions on standby switches--I'm sure you'll easily find good reading on the subject. The short answer is, Fender copied standby switches from broadcasting amps with thousands of volts on the plates, then everyone copied Fender. But they're totally unnecessary in guitar amps, and cause more trouble than they solve.

Here's a great read on standby switches and why you really don't want them...

As a note, I've just received a board, and will be doing it with my Blues Deluxe here eventually... gotta get the rest of the funds approved for the project
Decisions, the bluesmaster or a #183 with HRM?
we'll see soon enough

I see the spot for the pots etc for HRM, so I may as well just do it.
