Re: Need Hammond pt transformer hook up Help
Is your power switch SPST (two lugs) or DPST (four lugs)? If it's four then refer to the schematic I drew above. If it's just two, then one black primary lead goes to the switch and the other goes to the IEC neutral. Then a wire goes from the IEC live to the center of the fuse holder, and another wire goes from the side of the fuse holder to the other switch lug.
Good to hear it's up and running!

Re: Need Hammond pt transformer hook up Help
Just use four lugs ala DPST, both PT primary leads going to the switch.

Re: Need Hammond pt transformer hook up Help
hmmm sorry martin, that has confused me , sometimes this simple stuff just frazzles my brain
Am i safe as is ,coz i'm not sure how much more you can take of my slowness ha.
Yeh in my pic i have one primary directly to power switch !
But......how would i connect the other primary to the switch and keeping it attatched to the fuse and IEC ...do i need to solder another wire somwhere ?
And will the neutral stay the same as in my crappy pic?
Thanks
