This is what ham radio guys call a "gimmick" capacitor, so no different from adding a small cap from plate to cathode. I get about 0.5-1pF per turn with PVC insulated AWG 22 wire.

The gimmick capacitor is older than I am, and well known in RF circles. Usually it’s made from two pieces of insulated wire twisted together, but the principle is the same.
