From the responses, I'm less fearful of power scaling!
I see many options available, including some iron that appears to be the same in voltages but with a higher current capacity than the ones designed specifically for the Tweed Deluxe. Is there anything to be gained by choosing one of these with higher current, or is the low current capability part of the magic?
I see fairly pertinent offerings from Classictone and MPS. Has anyone here had any experience with the MPS stuff? I have had good luck with their OT's that I use for my 10 watt 6AQ5 builds and a friend swears by their 275v-0v-275v units.
