Anyone have a to-scale eyelet board drill pattern for the AA1164?

I don't, but you could probably use your computer to bring this one into scale (if you know the real board's dimensions). It would probably get you close:xtian wrote:Anyone have a to-scale eyelet board drill pattern for the AA1164?

Sure, I can use that...but someone must have a nice plan, right? ....

OK! EL34world was tough to connect to today, but eventually I retrieved Hoffman's very nice artwork, attached.

^ FYI, that's the version that guys in Hoffman's forum came up with. Hoffman himself later changed it up somewhat - the official Hoffman layout is here: http://www.el34world.com/Hoffman/images ... Layout.gif

Re: Fender Princeton Reverb eyelet board
If you have Visio, I have PR eyelet board that I drew up awhile back that's 2.625 x 10.5. However, it's spaced for the smaller body NTE caps, resistors and setup for standoffs, so if you are looking for something dead nuts comparable to Watts Audio it might not be to your liking. Then again, the core is there so you can tweak to taste.

Thanks, but I'm going with Hoffman's layout.

I went with the exact same one, Xtian:xtian wrote:Thanks, but I'm going with Hoffman's layout.
Also, I finished making my faceplate/backplate today. I made mine out of plexiglass...it looks different but I think its cool.

I have one of the Weber boards, populated, which you could copy.

Really great, Beas! But watch out, your plate resistors could easily short against your ground buss. Better insulate those!

I ended up using the original hoffman layout - After looking into more, I noticed that the official hoffman layout was better. Oh well, im already into it at this point!
Good luck with your build.
