Good advice. I followed that thread closely. It put the fear in me.

I really like Edcor iron they look great, sound great and less cost.

Is that OT the 35w 4ohm model?

I'm on my 4th version of the 5b6 which actually the 4th version is more Ampeg B-15N then 5b6 so another story. I'm using 6SL7 only and for 5th version I want to go with 12AX7 LTP PI and 6SC7 only in preamp. Or I might just build a converter socket from octal 6SC7 to 12A_7 to pop in and out.

Not building 5 separate amps I'm modifying the tone board and tube socket wiring.

I know I can buy a converter but since I have parts laying around.

Just got an Edcor PT with 245-0-245. Can't wait to build something up with it, like another AC30. Still don't know. :?

Sorry about the delay Mark. Yes the OT is 35Watts. It's the Allen TO35MT, 4K to 4/8 Ohms. $65
No Progress. Too busy with work till June, at least.
