I replaced the bias caps on this thing. Tightened and cleaned the pots and input jacks. The bleeding sound is gone.
All the voltages seem ok in the preamp area. the normal channel sounds really weak compared to the other channel. It takes almost the full rotation of the volume pot to give me a just a little bit of volume.

Im going to test the volume pot. What else could be that is making it sound weak. I have about 10 preamp tubes that i have rotated in all positions but cant figure it out.

I took the volume pot apart as it was cutting out. There was a cold solder chunk bit jammed inside. Hopefully this fixed the volume problem. :D
