Thanks! IMO one of the worst things about streaming and digital music libraries is the loss of the large format artwork and verbiage.
Ah, don't get me started on all that Martin.
I used to buy LP's based purely on the personnel at times. Now you've no idea who's played on it, who's written, produced, engineered, mastered, done the art work all that stuff.
credits were really important for everyone who's NOT the main Artist who'd worked in whatever way on the project.
the thing is, if Spottify/applemusic/deezer/whatever specified they needed credits then it would just be a click away on your phone/computer/media streamer or whatever device. It's not difficult to do. They just can't be bothered. I always used to attach the full artwork in a ZIP file (the same artwork that would go to the printers), with any product I'd produced that would be purchased by download.
sad.
