Scored some of this … looks like Mil spec wire. I believe 18g - has 16 strands, casing is very tough, pulled out of 50's hi amperage device.
What are the specs for 18g stranded - no of strands and dia. of individual strand. Like to use it for PT connections to Rectifier.

Looks like high voltage wire we used to use on ...well HV stuff 1-2kv.
if so, strands should be stainless.
not sure about audio properties....
