I guess I'll sell them by truck load if I price them high enough...

Ha! A true 'signature' cap. Are the yellow ones brighter sounding?

Re: New venture
I came up with something similar. Tone fuses. Errr...
Aluminum foil fuses.
don't let a bad fuse stand in the way of goo tone

ha ha ha
We actually had a tone fuse discussion if you remember. Wow, those were the days.

What is the break-in time for those caps? I've heard it takes even more than 100 hours for the ink to fully cure. And that the curing only occurs properly with signal applied.

And only when you play well.
Otherwise it improperly forms the dielectric.

I'm waiting for the Blue INK caps, and price is no object when it comes to tone!
Re: New venture
Looks like they sound awesome!!!! I'd really like to order some asap. I assume there is a long wait time but that's OK as I'm sure it makes them sound better.
Where do I send PayPal!!!!

If you print the logo smaller on the cap it will tighten the tone.

Re: New venture
How about "Serendipity Caps" built Chinese style with random values inserted inside other caps inserted inside other caps? Tagline: An adventure in every build.

Re: New venture
No no no, I would have to write the marking along the circumference to tighten the sound. Writing lengthwise extends sustain of notes. Spiral marking with each letter in different color is for caps in amps going to psychedelic guitar players. This gives a lot of swirl...tropical fish caps have no chance here.Structo wrote:If you print the logo smaller on the cap it will tighten the tone.
