Hey fellas,got a iPad for my 52 birthday,my son put some app"s on it.one is the resister calculator ,and this tube amp schematic thing.it have over a 1000 layouts and schematics.you can draw on it and send it?So when low wattage guys like me need some help with something I can draw the changes right on the layout.Five ninty nine,good deal,Mikey

It's called The tube Amp app,pretty cool,check it out.the info is very clear,tons of amp company's.it nice because you can just blow up a sec and get a very clear look at the work.Have it right beside you with your solder gun.Mikey Likey,you can study this stuff sitting at a Dr app.

ElecToolKit is also worth having. RC R/L/C star/delta dividers... A bunch of quick calcs that beat all that soldering any day of the week. :)

Thanks,mr H,I'm checking that one too.i got a 15.00 gift so I got the bias calculater too,I think I have just enough for your toolkit.I was supposed to buy my wife a cd with this :lol: I was never good with money.anyway they put garage band on this thing too.I be back shortly.Miles which one is it there is two?

You know, those things actually record particularly well. My uncle and I jammed last year and his wife, my aunt, with her earplugs and Ipad were present to capture the moment. It was just me and him and I was using my LP and Silvertone pictured on the guitar appreciation thread and when I got around to hearing what was recorded, I was stunned! Those things minimize mic distortion and seem to add a healthy amount of compression to what you capture. I don't have a copy of it, but I do want to hear it again to see if I still feel the same way. That tube amp app sounds so cool!
