Light bulb limiters seem to be popular... I think we need a light bulb limiter forum.

Make sure it has SB or FB sub-forums or I might misapply all the useful comments to the wrong fuse type. I have to admit that I've discovered that AB fuses are the safest in all cases.

Most of us have dogs...maybe we should have a dog forum.
And I just built a cardboard house for the cats litter box...I can lay it out in visio if anyone is interested. I will post it in the litter box files section.
I also hear there is a good flashlight forum. Who knew there were boutique flashlights? Well if the lights go out in the garage...you know we will need them.

You don't how many times I almost posted a recipe in Garage Talk. Cooking and amp building have a lot in common.tele caster wrote:Recipes and cooking section?

Time for a poll in Garage Talk. How many of us are the primary cook in the house or cook dinner at least half the time? My wife is a decent cook but she doesn't much. (Actually, she's a terrific baker, but just an average cook.) She surprised me on Sunday with a really good dinner. I don't know what happened. It was like an extra day off! And there was enough left to eat it a second time mid-week!LeftyStrat wrote:You don't how many times I almost posted a recipe in Garage Talk. She went down on everything in the hotel except the elevator
Could on of the mods move the Dumble forum into the Fender forum as a sub forum just for a few minutes. I have an experiment in mind. haha

Phil, we have three teenagers so she's a short order cook all day. I always fix the evening meal, not just to help her out, but because I enjoy cooking. I also like to make enough for me to take to work the next day.Phil_S wrote:Time for a poll in Garage Talk. How many of us are the primary cook in the house or cook dinner at least half the time? And of course, when the summer months come, I become the "Man of Smoke." What's funny is my oldest daughter's friends are amazed that she can guess what people are cooking based on the smell of the smoke:
- I smell Alder, someones doing Wild Salmon.
- Oh Pork Shoulder, I smell Hickory.
- Mesquite, bet it's Chicken.
She usually gets the brisket wrong, I think I'm the only person to use pecan on brisket.

Now that gives me an idea. A Dumble guys vs TW guys vs Marshall guys insult forum.Reeltarded wrote:She went down on everything in the hotel except the elevator

"Last time I heard a Dumble sound as good as that, I was in a dentist's chair."
"That Marshall sounds so good you should take it to the hairport."
"If TW's sound so good, why did Reverend Billy and Paul Gilbert sell theirs?"
"Why was Fender left out?"
"Because you guys can't even agree on tweed vs. blackface"
