Here's my dog. She's a rescue and is settling in nicely.

I think the dog avatars are a riot. In a thread with several of them participating it reminds me of the dogs playing cards picture. Nice looking pup!

I think I was the first guy on this forum with a dog avatar. I've noticed the proliferation though. All man's greatest friends they are.
This girl has had a tough life and is suspicious of everything and everybody but she's not nippy or barky. I think we're her third home. When we got her home we crated her until we were sure she had good manners then one night we took her crate out of the bedroom and replaced it with a bed.
She was incredulous. You could see it as she looked at the bed, then us, then the bed etc. It was like "You got to be kidding, you mean I'm free to come and go during the night?"
Now she thinks she owns the joint. Great dog. Super smart, and she hates small yippey dogs just like her dad.

Congrats on the new pup!!! I love my boys....here they are last weekend snoozin together. The little guy is a rescue, he has his quirks, just like me!!!

Taylor, it's amazing how relaxed a German Shepherd can get eh? Something about that tail hanging off the couch. Looks like my old Kody----gone now these 2 years.
