your neighbor's or (mate's) trash
Call your city and ask about recycling electronics.
unless your city has a system setup for the disposal electronics such as computer, televisions, fax machines. Amp parts would go in the trash. A scrap metal recycling center might give you a couple $ for transformers? Or you can do what every other jack ass does and sell the dead parts on ebay. Just don't forget after you list them on ebay to also offer them for sale on TAG
