I've two question about the Blue Angel

1) Wich is the AC voltage of the PT before rectify ?

2) Wich is the primary impedance of the OT ?

About the voltage question I put:

I remembered the voltage was near 275v but didn't remember were I've read, so I put the question to verify if what I remembered was correct

be patient I'm not so young and my memory (also if I'm not so old) begin to have little failures

about the OT primary impedance I asked because I want to build an amp using the PA schematic of the Blue Angel (PI + final tubes) and a different preamplifier

As I've some OT I need to know if one can fit there .....

I think I've a couple of OT which primary is 2.5Kohm and have many secondaries (from old RCF PA amp with el503 tubes)

I think I can find the right secondary to connect an 8ohm speaker to obtain a reflected primary impedance of 5kohm

if you go to the forum and search...
5k is the impedance for the blue angel output transformer.
5k is also the same impedance used for the aftermarket replacement iron.

I could open mine up and send you pictures of the volt meter but I'll charge for the bench time.

Anything from 4K - 6K will get you close enough.
Since you aren't using the preamp it's not going to effect the over all tone of the amp.
