Anyone know of available "upgrade" pots for Ernie Ball Vp Jr ? Specifically the 6180 mono 250K unit. I have two friends that have had these fail just recently...... seems there should be a good "sealed" upgrade pot available but I have found no direct replacements available.
Appreciate any feedback.... thanks

Thanks Cliff, I don't think the AB type J will fit without mod's But would be a great choice. I will check this weekend when I get home.
I have also been looking for a 500K type J for a steel player, you don't happen to have any of those?

Re: Aftermarket pot for Vp Jr Volume Pedal
It would be an audio/log taper. I believe it was actually a type "EJ" designation on the original AB pot... I will have to track it down this weekend.
I know Clarostat took over AB's potentiometer line some 20 years ago but I was trying to track down a NOS unit for him.
Thanks
