Dr.Z Z28 ?

Post by Buschman »

I have been lusting for an ef86 preamp in something. Have any of you gentlemen had experience with this one? I have most of the stuff to build one except for a layout. I like the idea of tone controls with the ef86. Also like the idea of 6v6 since I have a bunch of them and only a 5e3 Deluxe to burn them up.
I've got blisters on my fingers!

A couple of us have been playing around with a ef86 channel in the rocket:

mine turned out sounding great!

how about a 6v6 rocket with an ef86 channel? Sounds like fun!
